They had cars made in the USSR actually. My dad had one.
This says “Saved up and bought a car!”. Not a car ad per se, actually supports saving money.
And yeah it’s good for public health to discourage use of cigarettes and alcohol. There are a lot of posters for that, this one is my fav:

There are also ice cream advertisements (not for specific brands, just the concept of ice cream lol). It is so charming and I wish I could have lived in a world not constantly being advertised to at some point.
I hope you use this as an opportunity to reflect on why you think that generic brandless ice-cream means “dystopian hellscape” to you, and where you might have picked up that mental connection (not to mention the anti-alcoholism poster; these posters are suggestions, not laws forbidding alcohol, you get that right?).
Advertisements discouraging teen drinking are dystopian, because destroying your liver is a god given right, and anyone so much as lightly suggesting you don’t do that is an authoritarian commie.
