It’s an adjustment, certainly, it feels a bit weird to me, as well.

But I think their idea is that new readers and viewers collapse into giggles over his old nickname sometimes.

I…what? I’m a little bit stunned, to be honest.

And as a mostly new (this year) comic reader, the fact that DC thinks its potential customers could be put off by a guy called Dick…it’s so nice having my intelligence continually insulted. Except it isn’t at all.
